Chances for showers and thunderstorms start entering the forecast again this week after the extreme heat over the weekend. The heat advisory lasts through 10 p.m. (CT) Monday evening - we'll have highs around 105 for the day. Expect slightly cooler weather through the rest of the week with highs staying around the mid 90's. Chances for showers and thunderstorms enter the forecast just about every day through Thursday, helping to bring our overnight lows back into the mid to upper 60's.
