Elks Annual Christmas Dinner on Saturday, December 6th
Dance and Silent Auction Fundraiser! Featuring the band Line 2! With songs of the decades... 60's, 70's, 80's and more! Catering by All of it Catering. At the Price Convention Center (1523 Arcade Ave). Doors open at 5:00 p.m., Dinner at 6:30 p.m. $60 per ticket. Foundation For Hope Online Auction
NWKS Foundation for Hope's 12 Days of Hope online auction is coming up! All proceeds will go towards supporting cancer patients. Make a donation to help provide for patients in need, or bid in the online auction from December 1 - 12! Donations can be mailed to PO Box 187 in Colby, Venmo at nwks-hope, or call 785-443-0395.

Veterans Day Parade on Saturday, November 15
Colby American Legion Post #363 and VFW Post #6882 will sponsor the Annual Veterans Day Parade in Colby at 11:00 a.m., beginning at Fike Park and ending at the Courthouse with a ceremony. 

Legion Steak Night on Saturday, November 15
American Legion Post #363 will have a drive-through chicken-fried steak night from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. Meals are $12. Please use the Experiment Station Road and enter the Legion drive from the South. 

Colby Rotary and Veterans Day
Colby Rotary Club has sponsored the Annual Luncheon for community veterans since 2014. As the event grows, the club is hoping for additional sponsors to help! Colby Rotary also makes a donation to the Kansas Honor Flight for a veteran to travel to Washington DC. If you'd like to help, mail your donation to Colby Rotary Club, PO Box 300, Colby, KS 67701. All sponsorships will be recognized at the Luncheon. 

Food for Thought with Prairie Museum
Thursday, November 20th, The Prairie Museum is back with another "Food for Thought" series. Ray Nolan will be presenting "They're on the Warpath: The Indian Scare and Western Kansas 1860-1880". Register on the museum's website for your spot. Lunch is included. Come for lunch, stay to learn!
