Daddy Daughter Dance A semiformal daddy daughter dance is scheduled 5 to 7 p.m. on Sunday, June 8 at the Ludell Schoolhouse. Cost is $35 per family. Sandwiches and dessert will be served. Contact Heather Withington at 785-626-2706 for tickets. Proceeds will go toward the restoration of the Ludell Schoolhouse.

In McDonald:

Senior Citizen Potluck Monday, June 2– Senior Citizen Potluck in McDonald starting at noon with a potluck dinner followed by Bingo. Mark your calendars and plan to attend. There will be no Potluck in July due to harvest.

In Atwood:

Kids Get Free Lunch Any child age 18 or younger may come to lunch provided by USD 105. Lunch will be served from 11:30 to 12:30 every Monday through Friday from Tuesday, May 27 through Friday, June 27 at the elementary school cafeteria. There are no income

Flag Day Celebration with Goodland Elks Lodge

Saturday, June 14th at 11:30 a.m. (MT) at Chambers Park (201 W. 13th St.) The public is invited to attend! Goodland Elks Lodge is hosting a Flag Day Celebration to honor our veterans. Free hamburgers, hotdogs, chips, drinks and cookies will be served. Elks Essay Contest winners' essays will be read and a flag will be presented that has been flown over our state's capitol.
