Stuck Inside? Try this Banana Bread Recipe!

Banana bread is a wonderful way to up-cycle those rotting bananas into something the kids (and the inner child in yourself!) will de-Molish. So wash those hands and head into the kitchen.
All you need is:
  • 2-3 ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup butter- melted
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup of sugar
  • 1 large egg- beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
To start, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth. Stir in the melted butter then mix in baking soda and salt. Stir in sugar, beaten egg and vanilla extract. Then mix in the flour. Pour the batter into a greased 9x5 loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes to an hour! Set the oven to 350° F.
Chelsea K's Tip: Add some chocolate chips into the batter for the picky eater in your life!
