District Update on Thursday, April 23
Current and future Brewster community members are welcome to come to a meal and district update to learn about Brewster schools and all they have to offer. 6:30 p.m. at 127 Kansas Ave in Brewster. Enter through the gym lobby doors. $10/plate, proceeds go towards school programs.

Cooper Barn Jams coming to Colby!

Chamber Coffee on Thursday, April 23
The Thomas County Community Foundation is hosting a Chamber Coffee at 350 S. Range Ave starting at 7:30 a.m.
Community Shred Day on Saturday, April 25
Free Shred Day will be from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the Farmers & Merchants Bank parking lot. You can shred: cancelled checks, medical records, credit card info, utility bills, etc.! Limit of 5 boxes per vehicle. This year, non-perishable food items will be collected for Genesis Food Bank as well! Coffee and donuts will be served.
The Play315 playground renovation group is hosting a May Day Carnival at Colby Grade School from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, May 1st. There will be inflatables, carnival games, face painting and multiple food trucks showing up for this fun, family event. Presale wristbands are $20, day of wrist bands are $25.

Community Blood Drive May 6 and 7

Monthly Clubs Starting at Prairie Museum
Needles and Hooks club meet on the first Thursday of each month from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Museum Library. Open to all who use needle or hook to create. The Between the Sheets club meet from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. on the first Saturday of each month, also in the Museum Library. Open to all who want to learn about family research and genealogy.
Colby Housing Authority hosts a game night on Tuesday's and Thursday's at 7:00 PM, anyone is welcome! For more information, contact (785) 460-6763.
